| 摘 要： | 房产测量的面积测算中,由于房屋预测成果和实测成果的差异而引发的矛盾和纠纷时有发生.根据笔者所了解的情况,针对其中几个关键的主要问题,即房屋预测成果与实测成果的时效的定义、保温墙体的厚度的定义、共有公用部位的问题进行了比较详细的论证与分析、并针对这些问题,提出了一些解决办法与对措施的意见和建议.

| Abstract: | In calculation of area measurement properties, there are contradictions and disputes triggered due to differences in forecasting results and the measured results. According to the author＇s understanding of the situation, in the light of the main problems in which several key, which is housing forecast results with the measured results of the aging, thermal insulation wall thickness to define the definition, a total of the common parts of the problems are detailed argumentation and analysis. In the light of these problems, it put forward some solutions and measures for advice and suggestions. |
