确定厚型防火涂料高温导热系数的实用方法

摘    要:目前,厚型防火涂料高温导热系数的取值尚不清楚,因而无法准确地对厚型防火涂料保护的结构进行抗火理论分析和设计。针对这一问题,本研究将厚型防火涂料视为主要由粘结基料和隔热骨料所组成的复合物,利用并联和串联2种计算模型,分别建立了厚型防火涂料的高温导热系数计算公式;采用得到的高温导热系数值进行温度场分析,并将计算值与实测值进行对比。结果表明,利用并联模型公式得到的厚型防火涂料高温导热系数取值最为合理。据此,给出了确定厚型防火涂料高温导热系数的实用方法,为解决厚型防火涂料高温导热系数的取值问题提供了一条有效途径。

Abstract:Currently,heat conductivity coefficient(HCC)value at elevated temperatures of thicktyped fireproof coating(TFC)is unknown,and unable to conduct theoretical analysis and fire safety design for structures protected by TFC.According to the issue,a simplified approach for predicting HCC value at elevated temperatures is proposed.The component of TFC includes two parts:insulation aggregate and adhesive material.The HCC at elevated temperatures of TFC is obtained by using parallel and series model,respectively.The temperature field is calculated using HCC obtained by models.The calculated values are in good agreements with test results. Analysis result shows that HCC value from parallel model is the most reasonable.This paper provides an effective solution for HCC value at elevated temperatures of TFC.
