| Abstract: | Fisheries management is an important means for continued, coordinated and healthy developing of fisheries production. therefore, Fisheries management must depend on scientific theories as guidance, on policies of country and laws and regulations as directions; In the meantime, It is necessary that there are manageable methods suitable for Our Chinesenational situations. Intensively propagating the importance and necessity of the national fisheries laws and regulations is ideologicalbasjs. According to local conditions, adjusting and dredging fisheries district economic structure is a very important method for developing fisheries production forces and reasonable resources configration. Strictive Management is a good method for Frsheries management. Fisheries management must be taken according to the published measures, the 'behavior which breaks the laws must be punished. The purpose of the Fisheries management is making the management disolved into the Fisheries service. Hance such a scientific management, can make the fisher man and the fisheries supervisor closely coopreate and contribute themself for developing fisheries production. |
