| 摘 要： | 概述了管理学中目标与目标管理的内涵、目标管理的两种分类方法,并从整体性、民主性、实效性和阶段性介绍了目标管理的特点,回顾了山西省地震局科技信息工作任务与目标,逐项对照年度完成情况进行初步总结。最后提出了几个供各级领导参考的问题,以利将目标管理推向深入。

| Abstract: | This paper describes the intension of the goal and the objective management in administration, two classified methods of the objective management. It also introduces its characters from the angle of entirely ,democracy, actuality and phase. Tentative summarization is carried out by looking back the work and the goal of scientific and technical information and by checking the annual accomplishing task in the Seismological Bureau of Shanxi Province. Lastly, five issues are put forward about which leaders at all levels are worth thinking a lot, in this way, the objective management can be pushed in a futher way. |
