| Abstract: | The karst collapse in the reconnaissance fields is a mostly dangerous geological disaster. The formation mechanisms of the karst collapse, namely "theory of pressure difference effect", are discussed in this paper. On the basis of the theory, the ways of evaluation and prevention for the karst collapse are reviewed. |
