| Abstract: | Some problems in normal management,as files collecting and receiving,of science and technology archives nowadays are listed in detail and some measures to solve these problems are proposed.It is thought that only combining archives forming and collecting procedure into an integrity,is it possible to make archives complete and manage them by law. |
