| 摘 要： | 以档案管理理论为指导，应用计算机技术，并结合多年的工作经验，对专业档案管理工作进行了研究，论述了档案信息数字化及专业档案信息数字化的必要性，并根据专业档案的现实使用性强、产生电子文件早、电子文件赖以生存的软件系统专用性强等特点，阐述了作者对于开展专业档案信息数字化工作的思路，指出了专业档案信息数字化需要解决的一些问题。

| Abstract: | Under the guidance of archives management theories, adopted computer technology, combined with perennial service experience, the author carried out a study on professional archives management. The paper discussed the essentiality of professional archives digitalization, further more on the viewpoints of professional archives' practicability in actual life, early existence of electronic files, appropriation of software system which the electronic files were derived from, expounded the author's opinion on how to carry out professional archives digitalization; and marked out problems need to be solved during digitalization as well. |
