| 摘 要： | 在论述经济技术开发区、高新技术开发与新型城区关系的基础上，依据城市空间自组织演化理论，提出按开放式的网络结构建设广州经济技术开发区与高新技术开发区新型城区的构想，并提出相应的创新网络、产业网络、基础设施网络和组织网络的建设策略。

| Abstract: | Setting up economic development zones is an important strategy for industrialization in China. In recent years the economic development zones, including high tech development zone, have become new urban spatial organizations of industry. In the east of Guangzhou, there are four economic development zones: West Zone, North Zone, Yonghe Zone and Science Park, which are isolated in different places. They form important industrial areas in Guangzhou. There have been debates on urban spatial structure and the spatial relation among the development zones. It is considered that the aim should be taken at uniting the four zones and constructing spatial relation between the zones and Guangzhou as a whole. As high tech development zone depends on urban infrastructure, knowledge and the manufacture of the economic development zone, the four zones should be united according to self organization theory by making four networks including innovation, industry, infrastructure and management. In conclusion, the four zones would form a new city as a part of Guangzhou. |
