| 摘 要： | 文章试图分析海峡两岸在1952－1998年农地的数量变化趋势，并从经济政策的角度解释这种变化的原因。研究表明，由于不同的宏观经济政策，特别是工业化的不同路径，导致了两岸农地数量变化的速率呈相反的运动趋势，台湾的农地数量减少的速率随经济发展水平的提高由慢转快，而大陆农地数量的减少速率则由快转慢；在全球化背景下，台湾放松农地管制，释放农地有一定的合理性，但足够的农地数量对于大陆仍很重要。作者就大陆的经济发展与农地保护问题提出了建议。

| Abstract: | Farmland is one of the main effective factors on the economic sustainable development. This paper attempts to compare the change of farmland quantity between Mainland and Taiwan in the 1952-1998, and explains it from the angle of economy development policy. The study shows that different macro-economic strategy lead to contrary trend of decreasing rate, the decreasing rate of farmland in Taiwan shows an increasing trend with the development of economy, but the rate in Mainland is decreasing. At the background of globalization, it is significance for Taiwan to releases some farmland to meet the need of non-agricultural development, but for Mainland, the quantity of farmland is still very important considering the food security. As a result, some valuable policy recommendations are presented for Mainland's farmland preservation. |
