| 摘 要： | 针对当前煤炭地质单位在人力资源规划、培训、薪酬、绩效考核等长期形成的人事制度管理方面的问题,进行了探讨并提出了相应的对策:建立起一整套符合市场经济体制要求和煤炭地质单位实际的人力资源管理制度体系和激励系统。从而在煤炭地质单位内部逐步建立起符合社会主义市场经济体制、符合现代企业制度要求、具有行业特点的人力资源管理新模式。

| Abstract: | Aimed at personnel system management problems of manpower resources planning,training,payment and perfor-mance rating in coal geological exploration units come into being over a long period of time,discussed and put forward rele-vant countermeasures: set up a complete set of management system and activation system accord with market economy system and the matter-of-fact manpower resources management system in coal geological exploration units.As a result,a new model of manpower resources management that accord with socialist market economy system,modern enterprise system and have in-dustrial characteristics will be gradually formed. |
