| 摘 要： | 为深入了解江苏省海洋产业发展及竞争力现状，促进其海洋经济的持续、快速和高质量发展，文章首先对江苏省海洋产业进行综合分析，随后选取我国8个沿海地区即天津市、河北省、辽宁省、上海市、浙江省、福建省、山东省和广东省作为对比的样本，基于2016年各地区的相关数据，运用SPSS 统计软件，采取因子分析的方法，研究影响海洋产业竞争力的3个因子以及每个因子的贡献率。模型分析表明：江苏省海洋产业竞争力综合排名第四，与海洋产业发展水平较高的地区相比仍存在较大差距，但发展空间和潜力巨大。基于研究结果，提出江苏省发展海洋科学技术、优化海洋产业结构和开发海洋特色资源的政策建议。

| Abstract: | In order to obtain an in-depth understanding of the development and competitiveness of the marine industries in Jiangsu Province and promote the sustainable,rapid and high quality development of its marine economy,based on the data of year 2016,the paper analyzed the marine industries in Jiangsu Province firstly,and then selected 8 coastal areas,namely Tianjin,Hebei,Liaoning,Shanghai,Zhejiang,Fujian,Shandong and Guangdong as samples,to analyze the 3 factors affecting marine competitiveness and the contribution rate of each factor by using factor analysis methods with SPSS software.According to the results of the model,the competitiveness of marine industries in Jiangsu Province ranks fourth and lags behind Guangdong,Shandong and Liaoning.And Jiangsu should promote the investment on marine science and technology,optimize the marine industrial structure and the development of marine characteristics of resources in the future. |
