摘    要:后生动物遗迹的拓扑结构可归并为3 族、8 种基本拓扑型、3 种组合拓扑型和21 种拓扑遗迹类, 它们与习性类有较好的成因联系。中元古代以来后生动物遗迹的演化过程在质上经历了由简单到复杂, 由低级到高级的发展、演变过程。现今所看到的后生动物遗迹的拓扑类别和欧氏几何形态格局在显生宙初期即已形成; 至少从晚古生代以来, 后生动物遗迹不论在非同胚演化方面, 还是在同胚演化方面均无重大变化。后生动物遗迹的演化过程, 在量上具积累演化特征, 即拓扑类和习性类只有新生, 没有绝灭。新元古代以Ediacara动物群为代表的后生动物大爆发和寒武纪生物大爆发分别奠定了后生动物遗迹的非同胚和同胚演化格局

Abstract:The topologic architecture of metazoan trace fossils may be subdivided into 3 clusters, 8 basic topologic configurations, 3 combined topologic configurations and 21 topoichnologic kinds, which are considered to be related to ethologic classifications of trace fossils in origin. Since the Middle Proterozoic, metazoan trace fossils must have undergone an irreversible evolution from simple to complicated, and from lower to higher in quality. All topologic kinds and Euclidean geometric morphologic types of metazoan trace fossils in stratigraphical records were formed in the Early Phanerozoic. At least since the Late Paleozoic, morphologic characteristics of metazoan trace fossils have not undergone significant changes in both unhomeomorphic evolution and homeomorphic one. Their evolution courses possess accumulative features in quantity, that is: topologic and ethologic kinds of trace fossils are only newborn and not of extinction. The Late Proterozoic Ediacara fauna explosion and Cambrian explosion are found to lay a foundation for both unhomeomorphic and homeomorphic evolution patterns of metazoan trace fossils respectively.
