| Abstract: | As a new economic form,knowledge economy differs from forms of pre knowledge economy because of its distinct characteristics.In the world,the era of knowledge economy is under way and China will stride forward it in the twenty first century.The era of knowledge economy is both a challenge to and an opportunity for human geography.The paper not only summarizes typical characteristics of pre knowledge economy and development of its human geography,but also emphatically discusses difficulty of development of human geography and requirements which human geography will face in the era of knowledge economy.At last,the authors look forward to the developmental tendency of human geography of China in the era of knowledge economy. |
