| Abstract: | This paper analyzes relationship between national sustainable development and the international environmental security. It points out that national sustainable development relies upon the establishment of the international economical order, and the mechanism of cooperation and coordination of the international environment. It puts forward also basic principles and strategies for strengthening the mechanism of multilateral environmental cooperation. |
