| 摘 要： | 1988年4月,山东省临朐县养殖的虹鳟暴发传染病,稚鱼死亡率在80％以上。用虹鳟脾细胞系RTS已分离出鱼病毒。用血清中和法已确认此病毒为“鱼传染性胰脏坏死病毒(IPNV-VR299)”。该病毒为双段双股RNA病毒,直径约60nm。

| Abstract: | An infectious disease occurred in April 1988 at a rainbow trout hatchery in Linqu County, Shandong Province. The mortality of the fingerlings was more than 80%. The pathogenic virus was isolated with rainbow trout spleen cell line (RTS) and was identified to be the Infectious Pancreatic Necrosis Virus (IPNV) by serum neutralization test. The virus is bisegmented double-stranded RNA virus with icosahedral morphology and a partick size of about 60 nm. |
