| Abstract: | The time-space characteristics of the historical strong earthquakes in the main fault zones in the NS earthquake belt are researched. The recurrent and filling characteristics of the earthquakes in various fault belts are attempted to find. Based on above work, the difference of the strong earthquake activities in different belts is studied, and the possibility of strong earthquakes occurring in every belt in future is estimated. |
