| 摘 要： | 近年来,贵州通过实施国家农村信息化示范省建设,进一步提升贵州农村信息化建设与服务水平,满足贫困山区农业农村经济发展的信息需求,探索了具有贵州特色、西部特点的农村信息化科学发展方法、路径和模式。该文分析总结了气象农网(贵州农经网)作为贵州国家农村信息化示范省综合信息服务平台承建单位,参与国家级重点工程建设所取得的成效和经验,分析了存在的问题并提出对策建议。

| Abstract: | In recent years,by implementing the national rural informatization demonstration province construction,Guizhou has further improved the rural informatization construction and service level in the province,satisfied the information demand of agricultural and rural economic development in poor mountainous areas,and explored the scientific development method,path and mode of rural informatization with Guizhou characteristics and western characteristics.This paper analyzes and summarizes the achievements and experience of the meteorological agricultural network (Guizhou agricultural economic network),as the contractor of the integrated information service platform of Guizhou national rural informatization demonstration province,participating in the construction of national key projects,analyzes the existing problems and puts forward countermeasures and Suggestions. |
