| 摘 要： | 对作者１９９２年提出的、建立在新观念、新思维基础上的一种独特震灾保险制式的技术思路和运行机制作了概括评述和解析论证。该制式中ＣＲＰＩＥ烈度当量折合费率模式与ＤＩＡＭ机制（延时承保机制）的联袂运行，可以圆满解决国内外震灾保险所面临的主要科学难题

| Abstract: | This paper analyses summarily and demonstrates scientifically the technical thinking and running mechanism of the original earthquake disaster insurance system,which based on a new sense and advanced by the author in 1992.Through the joint operation of the mode CRPIE(Conversion Rate of Premium from Intensity Equivalent)and mechanism DIAM (Delay time Insurance Acceptance Mechanism)drawn forth from the system,all the difficult problems of the earthquake disaster insurance faced with the world will be settled satisfactorily. |
