| 摘 要： | 科技成果奖励是对科技人员的一种评价。在总结实施地震科技成果奖励的管理办法与条例工作的基础上，就限额奖励、限额主要完成人的利弊，评审的方法，科技人员与管理人员的矛盾，效益证明材料等问题以及鉴定与验收的矛盾等进行了分析，提出了若干建议

| Abstract: | The award for scientific and technical achievements is a evalution for the scientific and technical personels.Based on the summarisation for the implementation of the management means and the rules of the award for earthquake scientific and technical achievements,the paper analyzed the pros and cons of the norm award and the limited principal researchers ,the appraisement method,the contradictory between the scientific and technical personels and the managers,the identification on the results,and the contradictory between the appraisal and the check and acceptance,and proposed several suggestions. |
