摘    要:通过在Zarrouk培养基中加入不同浓度的Pb^2+,研究水环境污染对钝顶螺旋藻生长,藻蓝蛋白和光合作用,膜脂过氧化反应及以超氧化物歧化酶为代表的自由基清除系统的影响。发现当Pb^2+浓度高于20mg.L^-1时,钝顶螺旋藻生长受抑制,藻细胞随着浓度的和升高和时间的延长而黄化死亡。

Abstract:In this paper, we studied the growth of S. platensis in mimic Ph~(2+) polluted environment with different concentration from 10 to 80 mg' L~(-1). The results showed that the growth rate of S. platensis was inhibited by Ph~(2+) above 20mg' L~(-1) S. platensis yellowed and died with Ph'+ concentration increasing and time going. The solvable protein, phycocynin and the ratio of phycocynin to carotenonid were all decreased. Each had a noticeable correlation with the Ph~(2+) concentration. Lower concentration of Ph~(2+) could decrease the photosyntheitc O_2, evolution of S. platensis, yet the absorption spectrum of S. platensis was only seriously changed on high Ph~(2+) concentration. Contents of ~(O2-) and MDA were also changed, each reached its maximum at 30mg' L~(-1) and 40mg' L~(-1) The activity of SOD was decreased obviiusly when above 20mg L~(-l), but its relative activity was higher and quite steady at Ph'+ concentration from 20 to 50mg' L~(-1).
