| 摘 要： | 粗集理论作为一种新的处理含糊和不确定性问题的数学工具，可以有效地分析和处理不完备信息，已经在模式识别、机器学习、决策支持、过程控制、预测建模等众多科学与工程领域得到成功的应用，并具有相当的发展潜力。本文在深入研究粗集理论基础之上，讨论了基于粗集的知识表达系统，提出了属性约简的数据分析法，并利用此法对信息表中的海量信息进行简化，提取出有用特征，并相应评价各因素的重要性。本文最后以GIS属性挖掘为例进行实例分析，考察出它们的相互依赖性与相对重要性，取得了明显的效果。

| Abstract: | Rough set theory is a relatively new soft computing tool to deal with vagueness and uncertainty. It has received much attention of the researchers around the world. Rough set theory has been applied to many areas successfully including pattern recognition, learning, decision support, process control. It is also an intellective information processing method. This paper introduces the basic concepts of rough set and dependency analysis among attributes based on the knowledge system of rough set, then a learning approach is proposed to the mining of GIS attribute data. An experiment on GIS attribute data mining also shows that the method based on rough sets is effective. |
