| 摘 要： | 测绘司法鉴定作为司法证明的一种重要手段和证据方法,在发现和认定案件事实,正确运用法律准确量刑方面有不可替代的重要作用,它既是专业性较强的技术性工作,同时也是司法审判证据链的组成部分,本文通过测量司法鉴定案例的实践：以法律为准绳,用测量数据的准确、公正、合法、严谨,为测量司法鉴定开辟一个新领域;测量司法鉴定工作方法的开展,在测量界具有一定的参考价值和指导意义.
