| 摘 要： | 地质科学的发展使地质的概念发生革命性的变化，一些非传统地质问题已成为地质学者研究的重点。人类作为必须关注的地质营力受到重视，地质环境安全、资源配置、气候变化及其温室效应所带来的地质灾害等已成为全球性的问题，正确对待地球自然系统，实现人与自然的和谐是人类发展的主题。

| Abstract: | The developement of geological science changed the concept of geology revolutionary. Some non -traditional geological problems have become the study focus of geologists. Human beings, which has been regarded as a geological agent must be paid more attention. Geological environment safety, allocation of resources, climate change and the greenhouse effect caused by geological disasters have become a global issue. It is the theme to handling the earth＇s natural systems and realize human developement and to achieve harmony between man and nature. |
