| 摘 要： | 本文对１２例经手术病理证实的腹部少见囊性占位的ＣＴ表现作了回顾性的分析，讨论了不同囊性占位的ＣＴ表现特点及意义，结果显示某些肿块的发病部位，本身ＣＴ特点及邻这近器管的改变可以提示其来源，良恶性和判定主要取决于肿块本身的ＣＴ特点

| Abstract: | CT findings of 12 cases with abdominal rare cystic masses demonstrated with pathology were analysed The characteristics and its significance of the CT findings of different cystic masses were discussd.The results indicated that the position,CT feature of some masses and the changes of the adjacent organs were valuable for the diagnosis of the orgin of masses.The diagnosis of their benignancy or malignancy mainly depended on the CT feature of them. |
