| 摘 要： | 本文通过对视频会议历史和发展的阐述,以及对视频会议相关技术的分析比较,并结合当前国土资源管理工作和信息化工作的需求,说明了建设国土资源视频会议系统的必要性,重点论述了系统的设计概况、系统所采用的相关技术、系统的先进性等,最后说明了建设视频会议系统的意义。

| Abstract: | This paper first introduces the history and development of the videoconference.Then the related technologies of it are analyzed and compared.Based on the present demand of land and resources admin- istration and informatization,this paper explains the necessity of constructing land and resources videocon- ference system,focusing on the design and advanced techniques of this system.The significance of con- structing the videoconference system is explained in the hast section of the paper. |
