| 摘 要： | 天津经济技术开发区是1984年12月6日经国务院批准建立的国家级经济技术开发区。它在盐碱荒滩上起步，通过营造“仿真的国际投资环境”，大力引进国际著名的跨国公司，并以跨国公司为核心发展产业群，创造了高速的经济增长，形成强大的区域经济竞争优势。目前，电气产业群、生物医药产业群、机械制造产业群、食品饮料产业群已初步形成，集群集聚了外资企业3315个，内资企业8359个，其自我强化机制已初步形成。文章在对天津经济技术产业区产业群现状分析的基础上，论述了该产业群存在的问题及相应的对策，希望对中国其它开发区产业群的形成和发展有所启示。

| Abstract: | The Tianjin Eco-Technological Development Zone is a countrywide development zone approved by The State Council in 1984. Although built in wasteland, it absobs internationally famous Multinational Corporations by its imitative international investment environment and maintains competitiveness relying on development of industrinl clusters basing on Multinationals Corporations. At present, there have been four clusters: electrical, medicine, machinery and food-making, with 3315 foreign corporations and 8359 local corporations in total. Based on analysis of the current situation of these clusters, this paper elaborates problems of the clusters and the way to cope with. |
