| 摘 要： | 包头市人工增雨作业GPS车辆监控系统是包头市人工影响天气综合分析处理系统的子系统,它融合了GPS、GIS以及GSM无线通信技术,能够实现对增雨车辆等移动目标的精确定位、跟踪及控制。文章主要介绍＂包头市人工影响天气综合分析处理系统＂中基于包头三维地形图上的GPS导航定位功能的实现方法。
