| Abstract: | The importance of the governing by law for doing our best to work of the earthquake preparedness and disaster reduction is expounded from 6 respects of the legislation,the propaganda in legal matters,the establishment and strengthening of the disciplines and the scientific management and order,the fair and strict governing by law,the enforcement supervision and the construction of the legislative work troops,points out that the governing by law is the assurance of the smooth development of the earthquake preparedness and disaster reduction. |
