| Abstract: | Guanjiagou of Wen County in Gansu Province is a valley that produces most serious,well known and hazardous debris flows,Because of its shorter frequency and duration period,the dibris flow has been threatening the safety of people's life and property in the area.Thus it has impeded the development of economic constructions there.In order for the government to have the best control over the area,this paper has described the priciples and methods of economic benefit evaluation based on the analysis of debris flow protection measures and benefits.Also it has evaluated the relationship between the protection engineering investment with its revenue so as to decide the best protection scheme. |
