| 摘 要： | 电子商务正在以势不可挡的发展势头动摇和丰富着千百年来形成的传统贸易方式，并将成为21世纪人类信息社会的核心。面对电子商务大潮，我国企业的信息化建设（数字化企业）还处在很低的水平。当务之急，加快数字化企业的建设步伐，打好企业数字化管理基础，搞好即时、在线及财务业务协调的网络财务管理。
