| 摘 要： | 企业创新合作网络是企业利用外部资源的通道。基于技术特征不同等原因,电子与信息产业和生物医药产业的企业创新合作网络呈现出相似性和差异性。文章通过研究上海浦东新区电子与信息产业和生物医药产业的企业创新信息来源及与创新合作伙伴交流情况,认为这两个产业的企业创新合作网络建设还处于一个初级阶段。由于绝大多数生物医药和电子与信息企业属于植入型的企业,尤其不少是跨国公司企业,母公司、国外供应商是其主要的创新合作伙伴,他们的本地根植性较弱。生物医药企业创新合作网络更体现出技术驱动的特征,与高校、科研机构的创新合作交流比较频繁;而客户在电子与信息企业的创新过程中越来越重要,与客户的创新合作交流要比生物医药企业更紧密。

| Abstract: | Innovation collaboration network are channels for enterprises to make use of external resources. The networks of enterprises of electronic information industry and biotechnology and pharmaceutical industry are of some similarities and dissimilarities because of the differences of technology. This research investigates the channels of innovation information and innovation cooperation intensity of the two industries in Pudong new area of Shanghai. It points out that the development of the innovation collaboration networks is still on the early stage. The network of biotechnology and pharmaceutical industry is featured with closer relationship with science base, such as university, scientific institution and science park. The cooperation with customers is of more importance to the enterprises of electronic information industry. |
