| 摘 要： | 从总体上看，发达国家在世界资源贸易格局中占据主导地位。在农产品出口贸易方面，发达国家以粮食为主，发展中国家以经济作物出口为主；在矿产品贸易方面，石油是最重要的贸易产品；发达国家在非矿物原料上对发展中国家的依赖在减少。从中国利用国外资源的环境来看，经济环境相对较好，政治军事环境比较复杂。

| Abstract: | In general, the developed countries play a leading role in world resources trade. In trade of agricultural products, for example, developed countries export grains, and developing countries export economic crops. In this, oil is the most important product in mineral resources trade, and the dependence of developed countries on non ?energy mineral resources imported from developing countries is less than before. The economic environment of China in utilizing of overseas resources is good and however, the political and military environments are complicated. |
