| Abstract: | By using the theories of random vibration and the finite element method of dynamical analysis,the stochastic earthquake responses of a typical concrete building in the loess plateau regions are analyzed.The maximum and mean values of the responses are calculated,and the effects of the loess thickness on the earthquake responses of the concrete building are also studied.The results obtained from an example show that the loess thickness has obvious effect on the earthquake responses of the concrete building. |
