| Abstract: | Accompany by accelerating the construction of industrialization and urbanization, the contradiction of land supplying and demanding becomes sharp. As the key area of the town development and land usingtion, the developing zone serves as the significant decisive role. According to practicing the significance of achievement assessment of the industry developing zone for exploiting the land, it has established and strengthened the examining system and long - term effective administration mechanism for economizing and intensive exploiting the land in the developing zone, and enforced the function for regulating and controlling the land, It has important significance for making the resource saving society. |
