碧流河水库对下游径流情势的影响分析

摘    要:通过对碧流河水库1984~2005年入库流量资料和水库下泄至河道流量资料的分析,采用变化范围法(Rang of Variability Approach,RvA)研究了碧流河水库的修建运行对天然河川径流的水文改变度,并分析其影响.结果表明水库的修建运行极大改变了河流的天然水文情势,造成了碧流河生态环境的破坏,有必要调节水库运行方式,改善下游水文条件,补偿河流生态.

Abstract:Based on the reservoir inflow and outflow from 1984 to 2005, this paper studied hydrological situation change owing to Biliuhe reservoir's building and operation with the Rang of Variability Approach. The results show that construction and operation of Biliuhe reservoir brought a great change in the river's natural hydrological situation which has resulted in ecological environment destruction.Hydrological conditions of the lower reaches should be improved to compensate river ecosystem by regulating reservoir operating mode.
