摘    要:采用BP算法,根据评价指标建立遥感影像压缩质量等级评价模型,达到了利用客观质量测度参数实现主观质量评价的目的,并可动态改进模型,实验结果证明了该模型的有效性。

Abstract:By BP feed-forword algorithm,it establishes the grade model for assessing the quality of remote sen-sing image compression based on guidelines.It achieves the aim at subjective assessment replaced by objective assessment.With the model promoted in dynomic form,the experimental result proves the accuracy and efficiency.
