| Abstract: | In this paper, the problems needing attention with the sustainable utilization of water resources in Qingdao are expounded, the strategic change to the sustainable development and the innovation direction for the water resource exploitation, utilization, protection and administration are indicated, and the measures and suggestions for solving the problems with the water resource utilization in Qingdao are also presented. |
