| 摘 要： | 生态足迹方法是分析国家或地区自然资源可持续利用的重要方法。文章对海南省1988-2004年的生态足迹进行计算和分析。结果表明：1988～2004年，海南省人均生态足迹由0．5894hm^2升至2．1423hm^2，增长率为263．5％，年均增长16．5％；海南省人均生态承载力由1．7857hm2降至1．4605hm^2，下降率为22．1％，年均下降1．4％；海南省人均生态盈余／赤字由盈余1．2863hm^2降至赤字0．6818hm^2，下降率为836．4%，年均下降52．3％。生态赤字在2000年开始出现持续上升，海洋足迹需求过大是其主要原因。只要改变海洋开发方式，减少海洋足迹需求以致于不超过其生态承载力，海南就基本能够实现生态可持续发展。

| Abstract: | The ecological footprint method is an important method to analyze the sustainable using national or regional natural resources.This paper calculates and analyzes the ecological footprints of Hainan Province from 1988 to 2004.The results are as follows: the per capita ecological footprint has grown from 0.589?4?hm~2 to(2.142?3)?hm~2,the increasing rate is 263.5% and the average increasing rate is 16.5% for year.The per person ecological capacity decreases from 1.785?7?hm~2 to 1.460?5?hm~2,the decreasing rate is 22.1% and the average decreasing rate of 1.4% for year.The per capita ecological surplus/deficit changed from 1.286?3?hm~2 surplus to(0.681?8)?hm~2 deficit with 836.4% decreasing rate and 52.3% average decreasing rate for year.Since human-being's over-demand on sea footprint,the ecological deficit commenced emergence in 2000 and has continued rising.As long as the current manners of marine development have been changed and the demand on sea footprint have been greatly reduced not to excess the ecological carrying capacity,the ecological sustainable development would have been achieved in Hainan. |
