| 摘 要： | 本文描述的异珊瑚化石是1983年在新疆温泉及吉木乃地区下石炭统上部采集的,有3属11种,其中包括1个新种.它们共同的特点是个体很小,体径仅2—4mm.

| Abstract: | The Heterocorals described in this paper were collected in 1983 from the upper part of the Lower Carboniferous of wenquan and Jeminag area, Xinjiang. The authors described 3 genera and 11 specis-including 1 new species.They are: Heterophy-llia oblongus, Hexaphyllia minor, H. curvoseptata (sp. nov.), H. floriformis, H. iaponica, H. yangchunensis, H. lyelli, H. trasverse, H. mirabilis, H. guangxiensis. H. elongata and Pentaphyllia sp. etc. Among them, the rest specis are close to Hexaphyllia. The common characters of these fossils are very slender, only about 0.4 to 2mm in diameter.
These fossils provide new evidence for the existence of Lower Carboniferous Heterocorals and are significant in ths datermination and subdivision of the Lower Carboniferous in the Xinjiang. |
