摘    要:生态文明建设和资源安全保障是我国可持续发展的核心问题,而开展能源资源基地规划调查,进行资源潜力、技术经济和地质环境综合评价,是将两者进行有机衔接的有效手段。本次研究以服务2019~2021资源基地调查选区为目的,开展了主攻矿种与样品的选择,在此基础上利用学科研究法完成能源资源基地的初步划分,再采用比较研究法对划分方案进行了修正,最后通过数理研究法进行了基地筛选。基于以上研究,将我国矿产资源基地分为矿产资源勘查基地、矿产资源开发基地和矿产资源后备基地三类,并筛选出37个大型能源资源基地。

Abstract:Ecological civilization and resource security are the core issues of sustainable development of China. The investigation of energy resource base planning and the comprehensive evaluation of resource potential, technical economy, and geological environments are effective means to deal with this problem. In order to serve the investigation and selection of 2019-2021 resource bases, this study carried out the selection of main minerals and samples. On this basis, the preliminary division of energy resource bases was completed by disciplinary research methods, and then the division scheme was revised by comparative research methods, and finally the bases were screened by mathematical research methods. Based on the above research, China''s mineral resource bases are divided into three categories: mineral resource exploration bases, mineral resource development bases, and mineral resource reserve bases, and 37 large-scale energy resource bases are selected.
