| 摘 要： | 基础空间数据是国土资源和房管GIS的重要组成部分 ,基础空间数据的质量影响和制约着GIS技术在国土资源房管领域的应用。本文以广州市为例 ,从满足国土资源房管的需求角度出发 ,提出了面向国土资源和房管GIS进研基础空间数据生产的观点 ,给出了基于这一观点的一种数据生产模式 ,并对数据生产中的质量控制进行了探讨 ,最后介绍了通过应用实践所获得的一些认识。

| Abstract: | The primary spatial data constitute an important part in the state-owned land resources and household managing GIS. The quality of the primary spatial data affects and restricts the feasibility of GIS technology in the area of state-owned land resources and household management. Tha papeg, taking Guangzhou for example, puts forward the idea of collecting the primary spatial data, which is confronted with the state-owned land resources and household managing GIS. A data-creation mode is created and the quality control in the process is discussed. |
