| 摘 要： | 生态建设是实施西部大开发战略的切入点，西部大开发战略生态建设提供了难得的机遇，同时也面临着严峻的挑战。西部生态建设的主要任务包括：突破水资源短缺瓶颈，恢复植被，根治水土流失，遏制土地沙漠化不断扩展。西部生态建设应该从实际出发，因地制宜，讲求实效，采取工程措施与生物措施相结合，发挥综合治理效益。

| Abstract: | As the root and cut-in point of west development strategy, west ecological construction is still facing many severe challenges, even god-given opportunity was provided. The primary tasks of west ecological construction include: breaking through the bottle-neck of water resources shortage, recovering vegetation and radical curing soil erosion, holding back expanding tendency of desertification. West ecological construction should adjust measures to local conditions, the comprehensive effect of ecological reconstruct would be given full play only when engineering measures and biologic measures have been combined. |
