| 摘 要： | 随着国土资源信息化的深入,国土信息化建设也面领着新的问题:数据没有进行有效地统一管理、信息系统建设分散、信息应用比较局限。基于国土资源一张图建立集信息集聚、预警监测、辅助决策、在线指挥功能于一体的国土资源综合监管平台和国土资源信息共享服务平台,实现从以数管地到以图管地的转变,为科学规划、合理利用土地,实施最严格的耕地保护制度,加强和改善宏观调控提供有力数据与决策支持。
