| Abstract: | Continual engineering improvement is the permanent goal of an engineering company.Design change,which always exists in the engineering project during construction phase,is not only an extension of the design activities,but also an important measure to ensure quality of the engineering plants.This article describes how to use statistical methods to analyze design changes and to guide quality improvement. |
