| 摘 要： | 随着经济的发展,福建海洋资源开发力度不断加大,为发展海洋产业——渔业,特此成立渔业合作社,文章对官坞海洋开发合作社案例研究发现,渔业专业合作社的内部信任问题对其发展有重要影响。从人际信任和制度信任两方面解释其影响途径,所得结论对推动渔业合作社的建设和完善,从而提高渔业合作社的经营水平、促进海洋养殖业的可持续发展具有重要的现实意义。

| Abstract: | With the economy developing,the development of marine resources in Fujian has been intensified and the fishery cooperatives have been set up for the development of fishery.Based on the research of Guanwu Ocean Development Cooperative,it was found that the internal trust of fishermen professional cooperatives has a significant impact on its operation.Two aspects of interpersonal trust and the system trust were used to explain the impact ways.The conclusion has important practical significance to promote the construction and improvement of the internal trust system of the fishermen cooperatives,which will be beneficial to the management level of the fishermen cooperatives and the sustainable development of the aquaculture industry. |
