| 摘 要： | 2001年全世界地震活动水平属于中等偏高,地震灾情比往年较重。地震死亡人数总计17 770人,伤15 9370人,经济损失约77亿美元。2001年印度是地震灾害最严重的国家。

| Abstract: | The global seismicity in the year 2001 was of medium level or slightly higher,the earthquake disasters were more serious than former years.Altogether in the world 17 770 people died,159 370 people injured,and about 7 7 billion U S. dollars economic losses were caused by earthquakes.The heaviest earthquake disasters occurred in India in 2001. |
