Along with social economy development, Water demand increase drastically, The supply and demand contradictory intensifies day by day , The water resources solves sustainably using the waiting. The agriculture is the water used wealthy and powerful family, In order to realize the water resources sustainable use, The article gave some references to the agricultural development and using the water source. |
