| 摘 要： | 水资源的有效保护是实现水资源可持续利用和社会经济可持续发展的重要环节。在商洛市水资源调查的基础上,合理划分水功能区,计算出重点河段各水功能分区相应的纳污能力,并以此为依据提出水资源保护措施,为商洛市水资源保护、监督和管理提供依据。

| Abstract: | The effective protection of water resources sustainable utilization of water resources is to realize the sustainable development of society and economy.In shangluo city water on the basis of investigation,the reasonable water area,calculate the key section water functional partition corresponding carrying capacity,and put forward measures to protect the water based,for protection of water resources in shangluo,supervision and management,provides the basis. |
