| 摘 要： | 系统构建了基于社区的旅游规划方法体系,并从可操作层面上提出规划实施的技术方法,如社区旅游影响感知与态度评价体系、协同决策模式、社区参与三维体系、差距分析模型、社区参与实现机制等具有实际操作性的技术方法,以促进社区参与到旅游规划的每个阶段中去.
