| 摘 要： | 利用Python、Php及多线程技术,对省突发事件预警信息发布系统现有的多渠道预警发布手段进行扩充完善,基于LAMP平台构建电视渠道预警信息插播系统。结果表明,系统可以纵向对接广西突发事件预警信息发布系统的数据及产品,横向连接中国天气频道播出系统,实现预警信息的抽取、清洗、解析、存储及转换,能实现预警信息在电视渠道的一键式发布,弥补预警信息在电视终端自动化发布的缺口,进一步增强预警信息传播的时效性及覆盖面。

| Abstract: | Use Python,Php and multi-threading technology,the existing multi-channel early warning release methods of the provincial emergency early warning information release system were expended,and a TV channel early warning information insertion system based on the LAMP platform was built.The system can be vertically connected with the data and products of Guangxi emergency warning information release system,and horizontally connected with China weather channel broadcast system.The system can extract,clean,analyze,store and transform the early warning information,release the warning information in the TV channel one-click,make up the automatic release gap of the early warning information in the TV terminal,and further enhance the timeliness and coverage of the early warning information dissemination. |
